This model is a full-hydraulic gyrator-type anchoring engineering drilling rig, which is mainly used in the construction of urban foundation pit support, control of building displacement, and geological disaster control. The structure of the drilling rig is of integral type, equipped with a crawler walking chassis and a clamping and shackle device. The crawler chassis moves quickly, and the hole position is easy to center; the clamp and shackle can automatically disassemble the drill rod and casing, which reduces the labor intensity of the workers and improves the construction efficiency.
Machine introduction:
1. Full hydraulic control, convenient and flexible operation, convenient displacement, good maneuverability, time-saving and labor-saving.
2. The gyrator of the drilling rig is driven by dual hydraulic motors, and the output torque is large. The slewing center is lower than similar products, which greatly improves the drilling stability of the drilling rig.
3. The new angle-changing mechanism makes it more convenient to align the holes, and the adjustment range is enlarged, which can reduce the requirements on the working surface.
4. According to the customer's local special working conditions, the heat dissipation system has been optimized to ensure that the maximum temperature of the hydraulic system does not exceed 70°C when the outdoor temperature is 45°C.
5. Equipped with special pipe-drilling tools (drill pipe, casing, eccentric drill bit, etc.), use casing to protect the wall in unstable formations, and use conventional button drills to make final holes. High drilling efficiency and good hole quality.
6. The drilling rig is mainly suitable for anchoring and supporting deep foundation pits. The rotary grouting module can also be replaced to enable the drilling rig to perform rotary grouting construction.
7. It can meet three-wing drill bit drilling, air down-the-hole hammer drilling, casing drilling, drill pipe/casing composite drilling, single/double/triple rotary jetting, fixed jetting, swing jetting and other rotary jetting processes.
8. The crawler chassis is adopted, and the outrigger cylinder stroke is 1.5m, which can be automatically loaded and supported, and it is convenient to move and transport.
