4.Rotate the rocking wheel to wind the center wire rope of the drilling rig,and use the rope end hook to lift the middle slide mark,so that the drill rod can be lifted when the rocking wheel rotates clockwise.When one person is high on the sliding scale,hang the two steel wire ropes on both sides,and at the same time hoist the faucet and the main drill rod together.The lower ends of the two steel wire ropes are hung on the rocking wheel.Note that the winding direction is opposite to the main rope.One end of the 4-meter-long hose is fastened to the faucet,and the other end is connected to the outlet of the pump.
5.When installing the drilling rig tower,pay attention to the position of the main rope hook to be aligned with the well head.Adjust the diesel engine and use a V-belt to connect with the outer groove on the three-groove pulley of the main engine.The inner groove is connected to the water pump.After the pump is introduced into the water with a small throttle,the drilling can be performed exactly.The working throttle is the size of the water pump.The water output is fixed,and it is appropriate to wash up the sediment.A normal stroke takes 1-10 minutes.The lower end of the pump is connected to an inlet pipe,and the lower end of the inlet pipe is placed in the circulating pool.The pool should be deep and there is room for sedimentation.A filter should be installed at the lower end of the suction pipe.
6.When drilling into a large sand layer or deep sand layer,the feed speed should be fast to avoid collapse caused by prolonged mixing.If there is a landslide phenomenon,please use the mud to stir thick mud and pump it in with a water pump.If the landslide is too serious,you can fill the chunks of slime along the wellhead,and then re-drill after filling it,or you can put mud in the mud while drilling ball.

8.Installation:Wrap the pipe with the drilled hole in the bottom with sand net,insert it from the main engine,lift it about half a meter after the bottom,put it on the work surface and cut it off,and use the well head to draw water.After a few minutes,the observation is normal,the main engine can be removed,the water pump is installed,the water is officially pumped,and the well drilling is completed.

13.For large wells with water at the bottom of the well,the thickness of the filter layer and the particle size of the filter material should be constructed in accordance with the design requirements.The mud and sediment at the bottom of the well must be removed before the filter layer is laid.The filter material should be sieved to remove sludge and measured for use.
