  1.The characteristics of the running-in period of water well drilling rigs:
  1.The wear rate is fast.Due to the influence of factors such as the processing,assembly and adjustment of new machine parts,the friction surface is rough,the contact area of​​the mating surface is small,and the surface pressure is uneven,which accelerates the wear of the mating surface of the parts.
  2.Poor lubrication.As the fitting clearance of newly assembled parts is small,and due to assembly and other reasons,it is difficult to ensure the uniformity of the fitting clearance.It is difficult for lubricating oil(grease)to form a uniform oil film on the friction surface,thereby reducing the lubrication efficiency and causing damage to the parts.Early abnormal wear.
  3.Loose occurred.Newly processed and assembled parts are affected by factors such as heat,deformation,and excessive wear and tear,which may easily loosen the originally fastened parts.
  4.A leak has occurred.Due to the loosening of the machine,vibration and the influence of the machine's heat,leakage will occur in the sealing surface of the machine and the pipe joints.
  5.Operation error.Mostly due to insufficient understanding of the structure and performance of the machine,it is easy to cause malfunctions and even accidents due to operating errors.
  2.Use and maintenance of water well drilling rig during the running-in period

  2.Pay attention to the working load during the running-in period.Generally,the working load during the running-in period should not exceed 80%of the rated working load,and a suitable workload should be arranged to prevent the overheating caused by the continuous operation of the machine for a long time.
  3.Pay attention to frequently observe the instructions of each instrument.If there is an abnormality,stop and remove it in time.If the cause is not found,the operation should be stopped before the fault is removed.
  4.Pay attention to frequently check the lubricating oil,hydraulic oil,coolant,brake fluid and fuel oil(water)level and quality,and pay attention to check the seal of the whole machine.Excessive oil and water shortage is found during the inspection,and the reason should be analyzed.At the same time,the lubrication of each lubrication point should be strengthened.It is recommended to add grease to the lubrication point during the running-in period(except for special requirements).
  5.Before the machine works,it is necessary to fill the lifter with lubricating butter,because the dirty water containing silt is easy to enter,which will wear the bearing and reduce the sensitivity of the lifter of the drilling rig.To keep the machine clean,adjust and tighten loose parts in time to prevent the loose parts from aggravating the wear of the parts or causing the parts to be lost.
  6.At the end of the running-in period,the machine should be subject to mandatory maintenance,check and adjust work,and pay attention to the replacement of oil.In addition,check the oil quantity and quality of the oil tank before work,and check whether the oil quantity of each reducer gear is sufficient and whether the oil quality is normal.
  7.Check the steel structure for cracks,corrosion,desoldering and other damage.Check whether the main and auxiliary wire ropes have broken wires and whether their connections are intact and safe.
  8.Inspection and replacement of grease for thrust bearing of flat valve of manual water well drilling rig parts
  The thrust bearing of the plate valve of the manual water well drilling rig parts adopts lithium-based grease.The consumption of the grease should be checked after each maintenance.If any deterioration,contamination or lack is found,it should be replaced or supplemented immediately.The valve cavity should be timely during each maintenance.Flush and refill the sealing grease to lubricate the valve plate and valve seat.
  During the maintenance process,if there is a slight leakage at the valve stem seal packing seal,the sealing grease can be injected through the sealing grease injection valve on the valve cover to prevent leakage,but the seal should be replaced in time after the construction is completed.Before refilling the valve with sealing grease,the internal pressure of the valve body must be considered.The pressure of the high-pressure injection gun used must be greater than the internal pressure of the valve to successfully inject the sealing grease.Put 7903 sealing grease in the injection gun and connect it to the injection valve on the valve cover through a hose.Operate the injection gun and inject the sealing grease.

  Trouble 3:After the oil pump of the drilling rig is started,the oil is not oiled or the oil is insufficient.First,check whether the oil in the oil tank is insufficient or no oil.If the fault is still not eliminated when the oil is filled to the oil level line,check whether the filter is blocked.Check whether the air vent of the fuel tank is blocked,or the suction pipe joint is loose for air intake,etc.;
  Fault 4:The brake of the rig hoist is slipping.The main reason is that there is oil on the inner surface of the brake belt,and the inner surface of the brake needs to be cleaned;if there is no oil stain in the brake of the drilling rig,check the gap between the brake belt and the brake wheel.Tighten
  Fault 5:The drilling rig clutch slips,mainly due to excessive wear or cracking of the friction plate or the aging or fracture of the compression spring.The drilling rig friction plate should be repaired;
  Fault 6:The oil pump of the drilling rig is heated and worn,and the oil pump must be repaired and replaced.If the viscosity of the oil is too high or too low,use the oil strictly in accordance with the instructions;at the same time,check the transmission device of the oil pump of the drilling rig to improve assembly accuracy;
  Fault Seven:The oil temperature of the hydraulic system is too high,the oil in the oil tank is too low,or the oil pump is damaged.Refuel or repair the oil pump;choose the working pump reasonably and recommend the working pressure according to the manual.
